All license key purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a license key for EmiFence has been purchased, activated or delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please read this policy in full and ensure you have evaluated the platform thoroughly before completing your purchase.
01Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the EmiFence platform — including but not limited to license keys, subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise), add-ons, API credit top-ups, and any other paid offerings provided by Tech Fusioncodes Technologies Pvt Ltd ("EmiFence", "we", "our", "us").
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.
02The No-Refund Rule
EmiFence operates a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. Specifically:
- License keys are non-refundable once delivered to your registered email or account, regardless of whether you have activated, used, or even logged in to the platform.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a monthly or annual billing cycle.
- No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits will be issued for early cancellation, downgrade, or non-use of the Services.
- Add-ons, custom integrations and one-time setup fees are not eligible for refund once paid.
- Discounted, promotional or annual-prepay purchases are non-refundable in full.
By completing a purchase, you irrevocably waive any right to a refund, chargeback or reversal of payment for the EmiFence Services, except where mandated by applicable Indian law.

EmiFence is a digital software platform delivered instantly upon purchase. Our pricing reflects:
- The infrastructure provisioned for your account from the moment of purchase
- License keys that grant immediate, irrevocable access to proprietary software
- Onboarding, setup and integration support that begins on day one
- The non-returnable nature of digital goods under Section 13 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
To keep our pricing transparent, predictable and fair to all customers, we do not offer refunds — and we strongly encourage prospective customers to evaluate the platform thoroughly before purchase.
04How to Evaluate Before You Purchase
We provide multiple ways to test EmiFence before committing to a paid plan:

05Exceptional Circumstances
The only circumstance in which we may consider a refund is where:
- A duplicate or erroneous payment has been processed due to a verifiable technical error on our payment gateway, and
- The error is reported in writing to support@emifence.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction, with a copy of the bank statement or transaction reference.
Approved refunds in such cases will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may add additional delay outside our control.
Dissatisfaction with the platform's features, change of mind, internal organizational changes, project cancellation, or failure to use the Services do not qualify as exceptional circumstances and will not result in a refund.
06Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by writing to us. Cancellation will:
- Stop future renewal charges from your next billing cycle
- Not result in a refund of any fees already paid for the current or any previous billing period
- Allow continued access to the platform until the end of the period you have already paid for
07Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us in good faith is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately
- Pursue recovery of all amounts due, including legal costs
- Report fraudulent chargebacks to the relevant payment networks and authorities
08Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian law. If a specific provision of this Policy is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Policy will continue to apply with full force.
09Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
